The Prout Group Completes Board Search for Sherwin-Williams

July 24, 2014 – Executive search firm The Prout Group has placed Matthew Thornton as a new member of the board of directors at the Sherwin-Williams Company. Mr. Thornton is senior vice president, U.S. operations, for FedEx Express. Pat Prout and Betsy Bruening assisted the nominating committee with the search.
