The Novo Group Appoints New COO

June 20, 2012 – Recruitment services firm The Novo Group has promoted Jennifer Boerst to the position of chief operating officer. Ms. Boerst, who has been with the company since its inception in 2003, will lead Novo field sales, deliveries, and operations as COO. “Throughout the past nine years Jen’s dedication, drive, and leadership have played an important role in growing The Novo Group,” said Paul Sweeney, Novo board member and founder of PS Capital. “In addition to streamlining internal operations, she has been a key contributor in bringing in top clients and has helped successfully position Novo for growth.” Novo is headquartered in Milwaukee and has offices in Chicago and St. Louis and a remote workforce in Arizona, California, Pennsylvania, and Texas.
