The Albany Group Establishes Presence in China

July 7, 2009 – Workforce management company The Albany Group has established a presence in China. With the move, Albany has acquired a Human Resource Management and Deployment license, which enables it to render its services compliantly within the country. “Our new presence in Shanghai provides Albany a strategic position within China’s contingent labor market,” said Harry Loh, regional director for Albany Asia-Pacific. “Outsourcing the management of their temporary labor and staffing suppliers enables our clients to focus on their core competencies.” Albany will offer workforce management and HR consulting services, as well as recruitment process outsourcing to those companies wishing to enter the Chinese market as well as those already established there. With offices on six continents serving clients in more than 70 countries, Albany offers a variety of national and international workforce solutions, including contractor payroll, independent contractor compliance, managed service provider programs, recruitment process management and consulting.
