Taleo Records 16 Percent Revenue Increase

November 1, 2010 – Taleo/(NASDAQ:TLEO), a provider of on demand talent management solutions, has posted third quarter 2010 revenues of $58.7 million, a 16 percent increase from $50.7 million during the same period a year ago. The company posted a net gain of $1.6 million, or four cents per share, versus a loss of $1 million, last year. During the quarter, Taleo signed 214 new customers, including 17 new enterprise customers and 197 new business edition customers. “Smart organizations are mapping their business plans to parallel talent plans, ensuring they have the right people aligned to roles for both current and future business needs,” said Michael Gregoire, chairman and CEO. “Businesses recognize the need to know their people in order to grow their businesses and that requires better Talent Intelligence. Our third quarter results show the growing need for our unique blend of products and ecosystem.”
