SuccessFactors Deployed by Genpact

April 16, 2010 – Genpact, a leader in managing business processes, has deployed SuccessFactors’ Business Execution (BizX) Suite to help the company optimize its performance management processes. Genpact will employ SuccessFactors solutions, which include goal management, performance management, employee profile and 360 degree reviews, to align employees' goals and objectives to the company's overall organizational strategy.
