Spencer Stuart Reviews Board Needs at Cedar Fair

February 20, 2012 – Executive search firm Spencer Stuart has been retained by Cedar Fair Entertainment Company to assist in reviewing the composition of its board of directors in advance of the company's 2012 annual meeting.
