Sony Exec Named Partner at WTW Associates

June 11, 2009 – Ira B. Sallen has been named as a partner of executive search firm WTW Associates, Inc.; Mr. Sallen will lead the global expansion of the firm’s executive search and consulting practice within the entertainment and digital media industries. “With nearly 25 years of global human resources experience, Ira is an expert at leading and managing businesses and executives through challenging growth phases and critical change,” said Warren Wasp, president of WTW Associates. “He possesses an exceptional track record of selecting top level executive talent and building and integrating dynamic, results-driven teams within worldwide organizations.” Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Sallen was the executive vice president of human resources and member of the executive committee for Sony BMG Music Entertainment from 2004 to 2008.
