Signium Makes Changes to Board

November 13, 2013 – Signium International has said that Allan Marks, its managing director in Sydney,
Australia, has been elected chairman, and Horst Neller, managing partner in Düsseldorf, Germany was selected as the organization’s vice chairman. Signium has welcomed Vito Bialla, managing partner in San Francisco, USA as a new voting member of the board. Two board members were also re-elected including Adolfo Gonzales, managing partner in Lima, Peru and Paul Rossignol, managing partner in Paris, France. Each of the directors will serve a 12-month term. “Having served on the board for the last few years, I’m delighted to accept the role,” said Mr. Narks. “We have some outstanding firms and people in Signium, and I look forward to working with my co-directors to help strengthen our position in the market place and to identifying outstanding leaders for our clients all over the globe.” Signium International is an executive search firm with 43 offices in 25 countries serving clients in the Americas, Europe/Middle East/Africa and the Asia Pacific regions.
