October 6, 2011 – Seven Step Recruiting, a Boston-based provider of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) services, has added Katie Calhoun as a strategic director. With an extensive background in RPO management, Ms. Calhoun is focused on serving the firm's largest accounts while building on the strength of Seven Step's existing client relationships and strategic partnerships. Ms. Calhoun was formerly with Kelly HRfirst, where she managed and implemented recruitment teams and accounts in the financial, high tech, and pharmaceutical industries.
