Ropella Group Adds Search Consultants

August 12, 2013 – Executive search firm The Ropella Group has added Travis Oran and Silvia Schwalbach to its search team. Mr. Oran focuses on the aerospace and defense technology industries. He previously was an automotive service technician with World Ford Dealership. Ms. Schwalbach is an executive search consultant for the supply chain sector. She previously was a sales associate with Beall's, Inc. Ropella also made two promotions: David Layne has been named client manager and Jessica Ledet is now tradeshow development manager. Ropella is an executive search and consulting firm specializing in the chemical, consumer products, energy, technology, and healthcare industries.
