Robert Half Posts Modest Gain; Net Earnings Increase

November 4, 2013 – Robert Half International Inc./(NYSE:RHI) posted third quarter 2013 revenues of $1.08 billion, a four percent increase from revenues of $1.03 billion during the same period a year ago. During the quarter, the company recorded earnings of $66.4 million, or 48 cents per share, compared with $57.7 million, or 31 cents per share, last year. “Demand for our professional staffing and consulting services remained strong in the third quarter, led by Protiviti and our technology and permanent placement staffing divisions, particularly in the United States,” said Harold M. Messmer Jr., chairman and CEO of Robert Half. For the 14th consecutive quarter, the company grew net income and earnings per share in excess of 15 percent on a year-over-year basis.
