Riviera Partners Adds New Principal Recruiters

August 16, 2012 – Riviera Partners, a provider recruiting services for the San Francisco Bay Area, Silicon Valley, Los Angeles and New York, has added Ashish Raina and Austin Brizendine as principal recruiters. Mr. Raina will help grow Riviera Partners' recently created premium service, an offering that will aid technology startups successfully establish full teams by identifying and recruiting the right talent to realize the company's potential. He is a seasoned business leader with 12+ years in product management, venture capital and management consulting. Most recently, Mr. Raina spent nearly six years in marketing leadership roles for the Microsoft Business Division and Online Services Division. Mr. Brizendine brings a wealth of knowledge in the technical recruiting arena, having worked at Schweichler, Price, Mullarkey & Barry for the past five years.
