Ridgewood Partners Adds Partner to NY Office

September 11, 2013 – Executive search firm Ridgeway Partners LLC has added Michael P. Castine as a partner in its New York office. Mr. Castine was previously with Korn/Ferry International where he served as chairman of the firm's global asset and wealth management sectors. He has 21 years of experience as an executive recruiter and consultant to senior leaders of the asset and wealth management industries. Mr. Castine was one of the key partners who sold the Highland Search Group to TMP/Monster.
