Ridgeway Partners Adds Investment Specialist In Boston

June 23, 2015 – Executive search firm Ridgeway Partners LLC has added Kevin McKeon to its Boston office. Mr. McKeon has over 15 years of professional search experience dedicated to the investment management industry. He joins Ridgeway Partners from CTPartners, where he was a senior member of the firm’s asset management, wealth and alternative investments practices. Mr. McKeon has worked with clients to recruit senior leadership professionals for chief investment officer, heads of asset classes, portfolio management, and research positions. He has also led searches for sales, strategic marketing, product development and management, and relationship management professionals across retail, intermediary and institutional distribution channels.

Mr. McKeon previously spent nine years within the asset management practices of Heidrick & Struggles and Sheffield Haworth. He also spent six years at Pyramis Global Advisors serving as the chief of staff for the investment division and overseeing recruiting for the division for this institutional business of Fidelity Investments.
