Preston & Partners Introduces Orion Talent

October 27, 2014 – Preston & Partners will begin offering contingent search services under the trade name Orion Talent. The new practice will be led by David Preston, who will serve as Orion’s president. Joe Grabuskie, formerly director of staffing at a national contingency firm, has joined Orion Talent and will serve as managing director. The new firm will offer a variety of services including contingency searches, temporary placement, temp to hire, consulting and RPO services. Preston & Partners will continue to focus exclusively on retained search services. “After completing 10 straight years of double digit growth in our retained search practice, we believe the timing is perfect to offer these additional services with the same “client first” philosophy that has driven our existing business,” said Mr. Preston. “The new business has been in the works for nearly a year and we’re thrilled to bring this new offering to the market.” Preston & Partners currently has offices in New York City, Morristown NJ, Philadelphia PA, Atlanta, GA and is headquartered in Charlotte, NC.
