Pilat HR Solutions Acquires ITCOM Informational Systems

August 19, 2011 – Pilat HR Solutions, a provider of human capital management technology and professional services, has acquired ITCOM Information Systems, Ltd., an Israel-based information systems consulting, accompaniment and implementation company. Terms and conditions of the deal were not disclosed.
