Odgers Berndtson Announces New Leadership

May 27, 2011 – Executive search firm Odgers Berndtson has announced new leadership, offices and capabilities in the United States. Odgers Berndtson United States will continue to focus on CEO, board and executive-level searches across all industries. Steven Potter is the co-founder and new managing partner of Odgers Berndtson United States. He is joined by co-founder and partner, David Gabriel, who is head of the technology, media & communications practices. Mr. Potter has more than 25 years of experience in executive search, working both in the U.S. and overseas, with a special focus on financial services. During his 14 years at Russell Reynolds, he went on to lead its financial services practice and manage its Asia Pacific operation. He was also the CEO of TMP Worldwide Executive Search, CEO of Highland Search Group and chairman, CEO and co-founder of Sextant Search Partners, a boutique firm focused on the financial services industry. Mr. Gabriel is a veteran search consultant and former managing partner of The Arcus Group.
