Norman Broadbent Acquires Human Asset Development International

December 5, 2010 – Norman Broadbent plc, a provider of executive search and leadership consultancy services, has acquired the business and assets of Human Asset Development International Limited (HADIL), a provider of psychological assessment, talent audit, executive coaching and applied research services. HADIL will remain separate from the executive search services provided by Norman Broadbent in order to present an independent and objective consulting offering. “HADIL's core product provides in-depth psychological profiling of both individuals and senior teams. We believe psychological assessment should be an essential part of our service portfolio, but it must be provided with a guarantee of confidentiality and objectivity,” said Andrew Garner, group chief executive of Norman Broadbent.
