Monster Taps Motorola President to Lead Sales Team

August 2, 2010 – Online careers site Monster.com has appointed Kathy Paladino to lead its North American sales team. Prior to joining Monster, Ms. Paladino was president of Motorola, Inc.'s Enterprise Mobility division. She also held the position of senior vice president of worldwide sales at Symbol Technologies, Inc. “Kathy knows how to develop sales strategies for market leading technologies and develop solutions that customers can see great value in. Kathy is ideal for this role, particularly at a time when we're seeing such momentum in our strategy,” said Sal Iannuzzi, chairman, president and CEO of Monster Worldwide. Steve Cooker, previously head of North America Sales for Monster, will now have global responsibility for Monster's government solutions business.
