ManpowerGroup Adds New General Counsel

January 14, 2013 – ManpowerGroup, a provider of workforce solutions, has named Richard Buchband as SVP, general counsel and chief legal officer. Mr. Buchband will lead the company’s overall legal strategy and function, as well as managing corporate governance and securities. He previously served as partner and associate general counsel for Accenture plc, a $28 billion consulting, technology services and outsourcing company. “Richard brings to ManpowerGroup valuable strategic and leadership experience developed at major public and private companies,” said Jeffrey A.
