LongFellow Benefits Launches New HR Service

April 12, 2011 – Boston-based Longfellow Benefits has opened Longfellow HR Services, a division designed to compliment Insight Performance, an HR development firm. Longfellow's consultants can access HR Services on behalf of their clients to answer questions and offer guidance on virtually any HR topic including compensation, compliance, employee relations, staffing, and performance management. “Even employers with the most experienced human resources team may have needs,” said Joseph Gray, Longfellow's managing principal. “Through Longfellow HR Services, we can provide our clients with easy access to a dedicated resource that can respond to a wide variety of HR requests and handle project work should it be required.”
