Leadership Recruiters Finds Executive Director For The Schuylkill River Heritage Area

March 30, 2015 – Leadership Recruiters has placed Silas A. Chamberlin as executive director of the Schuylkill River Heritage Area. Mr. Chamberlin has served as a regional advisor for the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources since March 2014. The Schuylkill River Heritage Area is managed by the non-profit Schuylkill River Greenway Association, an organization focused on the preservation of the riverfront in Berks and Schuylkill Counties.
