La Fosse Associates Makes Management Changes

April 10, 2013 – La Fosse Associates has announced the promotion of James Parker from divisional director to managing director and Simon La Fosse will become its new CEO. These changes have been made to allow the organization to continue its rapid growth trajectory as it moves from a small to medium sized company. Mr. La Fosse said: “James has played a key role in the growth of the firm over the last few years and this new position acknowledges that contribution and allows him to have a wider influence within our organization. Additionally, it allows me as CEO to focus more aggressively on driving the next stage of our growth. We grew our headcount by over 50 percent last year and we have some exciting plans ahead.” La Fosse Associates is a technology recruiter working from board level through to technical in both permanent and contract.
