Korn Ferry Names Managing Director / Energy Practice Partner In Houston

August 19, 2015 – Korn Ferry has added Chad Hesters as managing director of the firm’s Houston office and a senior client partner in its energy search practice.

Mr. Hesters has placed multiple senior level executives across the C-suite at publicly-traded, private equity-operated and family-owned companies. He joins Korn Ferry after spending seven years in the Houston office of Heidrick & Struggles, where he served as a partner and regional sector leader in the firm’s natural resources practice. He has worked closely with senior executives and board members at leading global oil and gas companies, supporting their talent management needs across a broad spectrum of sectors, including exploration & production, services, midstream, refining, infrastructure, engineering & construction and trading.

Prior to his executive search experience, Mr. Hesters served at Shell Oil/Motiva and Hunt Oil, focused on upstream and downstream segments. While at these companies, he served in a broad spectrum of areas, including finance, strategic planning, capital projects and business analytics.
