Kerridge & Partners Adds Search Practice Director

November 4, 2014 – New Zealand-based search firm Kerridge and Partners has named Kathryn Cross as a director in its executive search practice. In this role, Ms. Cross will apply her management consulting approach to develop Kerridge & Partners’ search process, contributing to the growth of the practice as a whole. She has a wealth of experience in the recruitment sector, holding senior level positions at some of New Zealand’s most prominent search firms. Before moving into executive recruitment, she practiced as a commercial and property lawyer and is considered to be one of the most well-established specialist sourcing and selection professionals in New Zealand. In the early 2000s, Ms. Cross became general manager of Law Staff Recruitment Ltd, a position she held for seven years. In 2011, she returned as a director of the company, operating under it’s new name, Niche Recruiting Specialists. “We are very excited to have Kathryn on board.
