John M. Floyd & Associates Grows Staff

November 30, 2011 – John M. Floyd & Associates Executive Search Group (JMFA ESG) has announced three additions to its team. Debbie Aldridge has been named executive search director. She will be responsible for leading recruiting efforts to fill senior level positions for financial institutions. Ms. Aldridge was previously recruiting manager for Robert Half Finance & Accounting. Mark Rosenstein has joined the firm as regional business development manager. He will be based in the company’s Houston office and will be responsible for providing executive search and recruiting services to financial institutions, based on contract/project-based or contingency-based needs. Mr. Rosenstein brings more than 20 years of experience in executive search and staff augmentation, along with a background of management and consulting in the financial services industry. He was previously a senior executive search consultant with the Lucas Group. Craig Naber joins as senior business development manager/major accounts. He will be responsible for expanding the company’s recruiting services in the areas of contract/project staffing. Mr. Naber brings more than 25 years of industry experience, including staff augmentation and project services for the nation’s top 200 financial institutions. “With 60 percent of executive management personnel reaching standard retirement age in the next 10 years, financial institutions will be faced with a dilemma of filling important leadership and key staffing positions,” said Steve Swanston, JMFA executive vice president of business development. “We are pleased to have these three experienced professionals on-board.
