JDG Associates Taps New Director for CIAP

January 6, 2010 – Executive search firm JDG Associates Ltd. has placed Dennis Hart as the new executive director of the Construction Industry Advancement Program. Mr. Hart comes to CIAP from the New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Trust where he has been the executive director since 2003.
