IRC Adds Argentina-Based Oxford Partners

March 24, 2011 – IRC Global Executive Search Partners (IRC) has added Argentina-based Oxford Partners as its newest member firm. “Oxford Partners fits really well with IRC’s global executive search boutique focus,” says Sylvia MacArthur, president of the executive board of IRC. Oxford Partners is a boutique executive search firm that focuses on upper executive-level management positions. It is part of a group of companies – RHUO – run by three partners: Rubén Heinemann, Alejandro Mascó and Ana Renedo. The firm also conducts cross-border executive searches. Oxford Partners’ sector focus includes consumer services, health care, oil and gas, technology, communication and industry. A new division, Next Step, for outplacement and coaching is led by director Analía Fierro.
