Inside Edge Legal (IEL) Adds Managing Directors

October 12, 2010 – Inside Edge Legal (IEL), the legal contract staffing affiliate of legal search firm Major, Lindsey & Africa, has added Melanie Klinghoffer as a managing director in its Washington, D.C., office and Ronald Taupier as a managing director in Boston. "Melanie and Ron are tremendous additions for us," said Greg Richter, IEL's global practice leader. "As experienced staffing professionals they are able to assist our clients in formulating flexible solutions that meet their fluctuating personnel needs in an efficient manner." Prior to joining IEL, Ms. Klinghoffer served as the practice director for the accounting and finance contract division of a professional placement organization in Washington, D.C. Before assuming that role, Ms. Klinghoffer was the vice president of A-1 Temps, Inc., a Florida-based privately-held staffing organization. Mr. Taupier previously worked for MLA's parent company, the Allegis Group, as regional business development manager supporting the Aerotek operating company. He was responsible for C-level sales, marketing and delivering workforce solutions for Aerotek's largest energy and power industry clients. IEL provides attorneys with associate, in-house and partner-level experience for substantive contract work for law firm and in-house legal departments and specialized legal advisory services.
