IHRIM Elects New Board Members

November 24, 2009 – International Association for Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM) has elected three executives representing various areas within human resources and information management to its board of directors. David Brook is director of HR systems for the Southern California Medical Group, a non-profit entity within Kaiser Permanente that consists of 7,000 physicians and 35 non-physician executives. He manages all HR application solutions and an independent business unit that performs third-party reimbursement enrollments. Mario Ellis is director of compensation and HR systems for the University of Chicago Medical Center, where he leads all HR pay practices and automated systems, and ensures that technical capabilities are fully utilized. Returning to the board is Nov Omana, founder of Collective HR Solutions. Mr. Omana, former IHRIM chairman, has worked in the HR technology arena for more than 30 years, assisting companies with structuring their HR systems to address and solve their business challenges. ”IHRIM is fortunate to add Nov, David and Mario to our board of directors,” said John Greer, IHRIM chair. “These business leaders bring an understanding of the challenges facing HR systems professionals today and a commitment to our association and the profession.” Since 1980, the International Association for Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM), has been a leading professional association for knowledge, education and solutions supporting human capital management.
