HRsmart Opens Office in the Philippines

September 20, 2011 – HRsmart International, a global talent management software company, has expanded its Asia-Pacific operations with the opening of a new office based in Cebu City, Philippines. HRsmart's Philippines office was established to expand HRsmart's software factory in the region, as well as to prepare the infrastructure needed to support HRsmart's expanding operations there.
