HireRight Extends International Capabilities

October 8, 2013 – HireRight, a global provider of on-demand employment screening solutions, has expanded its market-leading integrated global screening platform to include 15 new languages. The company has also expanded its talent management integrations. The HireRight global platform has supported English, French and Spanish for many years but now includes 15 additional languages such as simplified Chinese, German and Portuguese, supporting seven of the 10 most spoken languages in the world. “Recruiting processes, rules, and cultural norms are dramatically different worldwide,” said Dan Shoemaker, vice president and general manager of international business, HireRight. “Since HireRight began offering global employment screening services more than ten years ago, we have emphasized the need to provide ‘localized screening on a global scale,’ to help support recruiters through the demands of local requirements and customs.”
