Through his two decades of IT experience, Mr. Lüdke has worked closely with top executives across the global business landscape and began his search career under the guidance of Heiner Thorborg. He most recently worked as a partner at Xellento, a Munich-based executive search firm offering consulting expertise and executive recruitment.
