Harvey Nash Launches New Inclusion Network

January 19, 2015 – Global executive search firm Harvey Nash has launched a new inclusion network called Engage. Focused on bringing together senior business leaders from all cultural backgrounds, the network will act as a platform for networking and peer-to-peer support for a section of the business community traditionally underrepresented at the executive and board level. Engage follows on the launch of Inspire – Harvey Nash’s network of senior board women launched in 2008 – which now has over 5,000 members across the U.K., Europe, the U.S. and Asia Pacific. “Following on from the Department of Business’s 2020 Campaign, which aims to increase board diversity in the FTSE 100 within five years, Engage is a unique opportunity to lead change,” said Albert Ellis, CEO of Harvey Nash. “As an executive and technical recruiter we recognize not only the important role we can play in changing perceptions, but most importantly our role in educating the market and our clients whilst actively extending the pool of available talent on shortlists.”
