Hanold Associates Launches CHRO Search for Outward Bound

May 28, 2015 – Executive Search firm Hanold Associates has been selected by Outward Bound NY Schools to lead its search for a new chief human resources and administrative officer. The successful CHRO candidate, to be based in Queens, NY, will report to Outward Bound’s president, Richard Stopol, and serve as a member of the senior management team and support all senior team members.

The Outward Bound CHRO will be the organization’s top HR strategy leader responsible for developing and executing high-impact approaches to attract, retain, support and develop a talented and diverse pool of qualified and enthusiastic individuals to work at its NYC location.

Founded in 1987, NYC Outward Bound Schools is a not-for-profit educational organization dedicated to bringing Outward Bound’s approach to teaching and learning to the young people of New York City and their public schools. It has served over 60,000 students, teachers, administrators and parents from over 300 schools and other youth-serving organizations throughout the New York City area.

Headquartered in Chicago, Hanold Associates specializes in assignments for human resources, talent acquisition, workforce analytics, labor relations, total rewards, talent management officers and HR succession projects.
