Based in Philadelphia and a member of Korn/Ferry's healthcare services practice, Mr. Gerson has significant experience with senior management and executive search assignments for community teaching hospitals, long-term care organizations, health systems and integrated delivery networks. With more than a decade of executive search experience and a member of Korn/Ferry's Industrial team, Mr. Roche has completed senior level search assignments in engineering, general management, operations and supply chain COE.
