Diversified Search Names General Counsel

January 21, 2013 – Diversified Search has named Anthony J. Frick as its vice president and general counsel. Mr. Frick was previously at Dechert LLP, an international law firm, where he focused his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate finance and public company reporting and governance issues.
