DHR Fills Board Position for Campbell Soup Company

July 13, 2009 – Executive search firm DHR International has placed William Perez on the Campbell Soup Company’s board of directors. Gayle Mattson, executive vice president and global leader, board and CEO practice/corporate director, led this search for DHR. Most recently, Mr. Perez served as CEO at Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company. “Bill Perez drove Wrigley's global strategy as chief executive officer of this company. He oversaw the continued development of new innovative products and widened Wrigley’s product appeal globally. A consummate consumer marketing and sales executive, he accepted the challenge to introduce their products in new markets and was successful. Given his accomplishments, he was determined to be a great fit for their board,” said Ms. Mattson. Mr. Perez was also president and CEO at Nike and held numerous roles at S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc., including president and COO.
