DHR Expands CFO Practice

September 20, 2010 – DHR International has added Donald M. Kilinski as executive vice president and global practice leader of the firm’s chief financial officer practice. Mr. Kilinski will split his time between DHR’s Newark and New York offices. Specializing in senior-level financial officer and other C-level search assignments, Mr. Kilinski brings over 10 years of experience in the executive search industry as well as over 25 years of practical experience. Prior to joining DHR, Mr. Kilinski was a managing director for Columbia Consulting Group performing senior-level search work for clients. He held several senior executive positions including CFO of Heidrick & Struggles from 1997-2002 taking the firm through an IPO. Mr. Kilinski also served as president and COO of Cornell International, the retained executive search division of Adecco.
