DHR Acquires Prestonwood Associates

January 10, 2012 – DHR International has acquired Prestonwood Associates, Inc., an executive search firm headquartered in Boston. Founded in 1984, Prestonwood specialized in linking executives to corporate strategies in the technology and innovation, life sciences and clean technology fields. Joining DHR are the founder and chief executive officer, Diane Coletti, and president, Alice Koehn Benson. Ms. Coletti joins DHR as managing director and executive vice president in Boston. With over two decades of experience in executive search, her extensive search work encompasses recruiting top leadership in a variety of functional areas, including business development, marketing, product management, corporate development, commercialization, strategic alliances, channels, market development, human resources, sales, professional services and finance. Ms. Koehn Benson joins as executive vice president after 15 years at Prestonwood. Founded in 1989, DHR International is headquartered in Chicago and has more than 50 offices worldwide.
