Deloitte Acquires Bersin & Associates

January 7, 2013 – Deloitte has acquired substantially all of the assets of Bersin & Associates, LLC, a provider of research-based membership programs and advisory services in the human resources, talent and learning market. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
