Crist|Kolder Associates Appoints New Managing Director

April 28, 2014 – Executive search firm Crist|Kolder Associates has appointed Dale Visokey as a managing director. With over 25 years of experience in the executive search industry, Mr. Visokey focuses on CEO, president, CFO and board assignments within the industrial sector, in both manufacturing and service related businesses. He was previously a partner at Heidrick & Struggles and a member of that firm's CEO / board of directors practice, as well as its financial officers practice. During his 15 year career at Heidrick, Mr. Visokey spent five years as managing partner of the firm's global industrial practice; he also served as managing partner in charge of Heidrick's Chicago office.
