Cook Associates Finds Chief for MaySteel

December 14, 2010 – Chicago-based Cook Associates Executive Search has placed Monte Roach as president and chief executive officer of Maysteel, a manufacturer of custom precision sheet metal enclosures, assemblies, and components. Mr. Roach previously served as president, Americas electrical for Actuant, a $1.3 billion diversified industrial company. Founded in 1961, Cook Associates, Inc. is a retained executive search and M&A advisory services firm.
