Chrisman & Company Assists BBCN Bank in CEO Search

April 23, 2014 – Los Angeles-based search firm Chrisman & Company, Inc. has recruited Kevin S. Kim as president and chief executive officer of BBCN Bancorp’s wholly owned subsidiary, BBCN Bank, a position he has held in an interim capacity since January. With this appointment, Mr. Kim now serves as chairman, president and CEO of BBCN Bancorp and BBCN Bank. Prior to joining the company, he practiced law for 18 years, with a focus in corporate and business transactions, business acquisitions, tax planning, and real estate transactions. BBCN Bank is the largest Korean-American bank in the nation with $6.7 billion in assets.
