Chartwell Partners Places CEO at Royal Bank America

January 6, 2013 – Executive search firm Chartwell Partners has recruited F. Kevin Tylus as chief executive officer of Royal Bank America. Mr. Tylus previously served as regional president for PNC and was chief executive officer of Yardville Bank until acquired by PNC in 2007. Tom Watkins and Scott Petty led the search engagement.
