October 27, 2015 – Executive search firm Boyden has added Lynn Ogden as a new partner in its San Francisco office. She becomes a member of the firm’s global consumer and non-profit & education practices. With over 25 years of experience in Asia and the U.S., Ms. Ogden brings to Boyden a blend of executive search, leadership assessment, executive coaching and management consulting experience. She has experience working with Fortune Global 500 and mid-cap organizations including Avon, Bristol-Myer Squibb, Chanel, Colgate, Disney/BVI, Nike, Omnicom and the University of Oregon.

Previously, Ms. Ogden served as vice president and engagement leader at Senn Delaney, a Heidrick & Struggles company that provides culture shaping and consulting services. From 2008 to 2014, she also led Essential Mastery, a sustainable leadership firm focusing on executive recruiting, coaching and leadership assessment, and development in the U.S. and Hong Kong. Before that, she served nearly two decades at Korn Ferry in Hong Kong in a variety of roles, including senior client partner, regional market leader for the consumer practice in Asia/Pacific, and VP/managing partner of Greater China. She was also a member of Korn Ferry’s Asia Pacific management committee, key accounts management, global promotions committee and emerging markets committee.

“Lynn is highly regarded among top global multinational companies and we’re thrilled she’s chosen Boyden as the next step in her career,” said Trina Gordon, president and CEO. “With Lynn’s deep understanding of organizational culture and her broad networks in Asia and the U.S., she will play an integral role in our expansion on the West Coast and across Asia/Pacific.”

“Boyden is the right firm for me to leverage my experience with a unique and expanding global offering,” said Ms. Ogden. “Boyden’s partner-owner partnership model will allow me to leverage the firm’s robust global team and also work closely with my clients on the details of each engagement and assignment execution.”
