Amy Falbaum & Associates Launched

January 31, 2011 – Amy Falbaum has launched her own executive search firm, Amy Falbaum & Associates (AF&A), to focus on recruiting executives for restaurants, hotels and related businesses. After 15 years in restaurant management, Ms. Falbaum worked five years for recruiting firm, The Alfus Group. Among the clients she conducted searches for: China Grill Management; Danny Meyer, of Union Square Hospitality Group; David Burke Restaurants; Jean-Georges Vongerichten, of Culinary Concepts; T. Boone Pickens, of BP Capital, Mesa Vista Ranch; and the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group.
