AESC Partners with Canaan Ridge

September 7, 2011 – The Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) has formed a partnership with Canaan Ridge. Beginning November, the AESC will introduce a webinar-based series of five interactive learning sessions, entitled The Essentials of Executive Search, for search consultants with less than two years experience in the industry. The weekly two-hour modules are a distillation of the comprehensive curricula in executive search education developed by Canaan Ridge. “The Essentials of Executive Search program represents the combined expertise of some of the leading figures in executive search, all focused on what it takes to achieve the level of professional performance needed to thrive in today’s executive search industry,” said Peter Felix, president of AESC. “This is intensive, interactive learning for the search consultant who is serious about achieving a higher level of professional competence, delivered in a compact, easily accessible format.” Canaan Ridge founder and chairman Robert L. Benson noted that the individual modules cover all the major skills identified in developing the Center’s diverse portfolio of developmental programs as essential to success in executing great search.
