AESC and Robery Gregory Partners Form Alliance

September 18, 2013 – The Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) has formed an alliance with leadership development firm Robert Gregory Partners to provide AESC members access to outsourced, new-executive transition coaching services for their client companies. “We are very pleased to welcome Robert Gregory into partnership with the AESC, thereby making available to our member firms services that they may not otherwise be able to provide to clients,” said Peter Felix, AESC president. “Coaching services, especially in the context of on-boarding new executives appointed via executive search, can have a very beneficial impact on performance success for new hires.”
