Since joining Boston Scientific in 2004, she has been instrumental in driving change and building a robust, diverse and inclusive company culture.

Richards and Chang Gilmore, along with Ed Grier, Dean of the Leavey School of Business at the University of Santa Clara, represent WittKieffer’s three external board members.

Also joining the board is Natalie Derry, Managing Partner and Practice Leader, Education, for WittKieffer International. Subsequent roles in Scotland and England included neurosciences nursing at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, London. She returned to the UK in 2006 and successfully ran her own healthcare recruitment business before entering executive search in 2009.

“We are thrilled to welcome Tom as our new board chair and Camille and Natalie as new directors,” said Andrew Chastain, WittKieffer President and CEO. “WittKieffer continues to expand our capabilities at the intersection of science, healthcare delivery, and education—the Quality of Life ecosystem—and these changes to our board provide a springboard for expanding our service to clients in these sectors worldwide.
